It must be said what is geisha balls is rarely pretty. Strictly a little design but that’s what, nothing transcendent.
Well here is a Sexshop that sells a whole range of geisha balls declined in many different appearances you have for example:

There are still plenty more to see. In addition the price is not excessive (less than 15 € each time). Well, of course, they may not all be super comfortable, but I find it rather fun.
