All 4 beads feature a very special rolling weight inside that jiggles and rocks with movement. If you’re a kegel beginner, you can try wearing a single bead in the cradle or all on it’s own, but if you do decide to so solo, pick one with a retrieval cord for your comfort. Slip both pink beads, both blue or a combination of blue and pink into the cradle to experiment with different weights and sensations.

To insert your LELO Beads, apply a little water based lube and get into a comfortable position. Gently push them into your vagina, leaving the retrieval string outside. Once they’re in, you’ll be able to pinpoint the kegel muscles by simply squeezing to hold the Beads in place. Walk, hop or jog in place to feel the internal weights bounce.
